Santa Cruz Superlight
Four inches of cushion on a feather. The Superlight, winner of the 2001 NORBA NCS XC series, returns for an encore performance. Ultra light 6069 aluminum tubing and years of evolution have gone into paring this bike down to the wondrously flyweight rig it is today. It’s sweetly simple single pivot rear suspension features a sealed cartridge bearing pivot whose placement has been optimized to give tractable, sprightly, plush, troublefree performance, with the least amount of weight or clutter imaginable.
Some might argue that the speed of light is 186,000 miles a second, or thereabouts. Others contend that it can be found with a Superlight.
